FAQ

Answers to all of your questions

What is the estimated project timeline?
Project timelines depend on the services required, the tech stack and the complexity of the project. After a first discovery call we send a clear plan with dates. Ask us for a free quote.
What technologies do you support?
Our main stack is React, Angular and Vue on the front end, Node.js on the back end, native and cross-platform mobile development, and AWS and Azure for infrastructure. For industrial projects we also work with hardware and on-site systems. If you already have a stack in place, we work with it.
How do you handle security?
Security is part of the architecture from the start: role-based access, encrypted connections, regular dependency updates and security patching, and monitoring after launch. We sign NDAs, work to GDPR requirements and can host data in the EU.
What is your testing process?
We use test-driven development and automated tests that run in our CI/CD pipeline on every change. Each sprint ends with a working demo you can try yourself, and releases go through a staging environment before production.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Our Projects page shows a selection of the systems we have built. We are happy to walk you through them in more detail on a call.
What is your communication style?
You get a dedicated contact person, a weekly check-in and written progress reports after every sprint. We use the channels your team already works in, whether that is email, Microsoft Teams or Slack.
What is your approach to project management?
We work in two-week sprints within a four-phase cycle: discovery, architecture, agile engineering, and deployment and scale. You can see priorities, progress and risks at any time.
What are your rates?
Every project is priced individually, based on scope, complexity and the engagement model: a fixed-scope project, a dedicated team or ongoing support. After a discovery call we send a clear proposal.
What is your policy on revisions?
Feedback is built into every sprint. Changes within the agreed scope are part of the work; larger changes are estimated and planned together with you before we start them.
What are your support hours?
Standard support runs on business days, Romanian time. For systems covered by our SLA we provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response.
